Curious to get to know me?

My journey into holistic health and wellbeing began with a feeling that something was missing in the way we approach health. While I deeply respect the life-saving power of Western medicine, I felt called to explore a more holistic path—one that honours the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Today, I offer acupuncture in Melbourne, combining massage and sound immersion to support deep, whole-body healing.

From yoga to holistic healing

My path began with yoga, which supported me on a deeply personal level. Through movement and mindfulness, I learned to meet pain, emotions, and tension with compassion. Meditation became a foundational tool for my mental health—something I believe is as essential as nourishing the body.

In 2021, I completed a 200-hour Hatha-Vinyasa Teacher Training at Rainbowlight Yoga (France), followed by a 50-hour Yin Yoga Anatomy training with Ekhart Yoga.

The art of touch & Traditional Chinese Medicine

With a strong interest in trauma and the relationship between emotional and physical health, I felt drawn to the power of touch.

I trained in Shiatsu and relaxation massage, which eventually led me to study Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In 2025, I graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture Therapies) in Melbourne. My training includes:

  • Acupuncture

  • Chinese remedial massage (Tuina)

  • Cupping

  • Gua Sha

  • Moxibustion

A holistic approach to healing

I feel particularly called to the connection between emotional and physical wellbeing.

Conditions such as anxiety, stress, trauma, insomnia, and depression often live in the body as much as in the mind. When the body softens and restores its natural rhythm, the mind begins to settle—and vice versa.

I also support clients with:

  • Pain and tension

  • Women’s health and fertility

  • Skin conditions

All treatments are tailored with a whole-person approach.

Sound healing & nervous system support

Sound is a powerful way to deepen relaxation and help the nervous system unwind.

In 2026, I completed a Sound Healing training and began integrating sound immersion into my treatments. I work with:

  • Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls

  • Drumming and rattles

  • Koshi chimes

  • Voice and sound

These elements are gently woven into sessions to support grounding and inner stillness.

Creating a safe space to heal

Creating a safe, grounded, and nurturing environment is central to my work.

I believe the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right conditions. My role is to facilitate that space—through presence, touch, breath, and intention.

My mission

Through acupuncture, massage, and sound healing in Melbourne, I support people in returning to balance—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Flow to grow offers holistic care that draws on ancient wisdom while remaining deeply relevant to modern life.
