Sessions in Kallista & templestowe
Flow to Grow offers sessions in two locations,
each with its own unique atmosphere to support your healing journey.
Kallista Mind-Body Medicine
Located in the heart of the Dandenong Ranges, Kallista Mind-Body Medicine is a well-established holistic health clinic and a hub for acupuncture, somatic therapy, and integrative healing.
Surrounded by nature, this beautiful and welcoming space offers a deeply supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. The clinic brings together a range of modalities — including acupuncture, massage, somatic therapy, and energy healing — all grounded in a holistic approach that honours the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Templestowe — Home Clinic
My home clinic in Templestowe offers a more intimate and personal setting. Filled with natural light and a calm, nurturing energy, it is a space designed for you to feel safe, held, and at ease.
Here, sessions unfold in a quiet and supportive environment, allowing for deeper rest, presence, and connection. It’s a place where you can truly slow down, tune into your body, and receive care in a gentle and grounded way.

What to expect during an acupuncture session?
A standard session lasts around one hour and begins with a thorough intake consultation. During this time, we explore your current concerns, health history, lifestyle and overall constitution in order to determine a personalised diagnosis and treatment plan from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.
After the consultation, you’ll be invited to lie comfortably on the treatment table. The acupuncture treatment then begins, with fine, sterile needles gently inserted into selected points. Needle insertion is generally painless, though you may notice sensations such as tingling, warmth, heaviness, dull aching or a subtle buzzing feeling — all normal signs that the Qi is responding.
Depending on your needs and preferences, sessions may also incorporate grounding bodywork, sound healing, breath guidance or short meditative elements to deepen relaxation. When appropriate, treatments can include adjunct techniques such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion (moxa), as well as lifestyle and dietary guidance to support your healing process beyond the treatment room.
At Flow to Grow
At Flow to Grow, we recognise that regulation and relaxation lie at the foundation of healing. Acupuncture sessions may be complemented by grounding bodywork or sound immersion to support deeper nervous system restoration, allowing the body to shift into a state where healing can unfold naturally.
