Our Services

    Acupuncture

Acupuncture can support many concerns — from pain, stress and headaches to sleep issues, hormonal imbalance and digestive symptoms. In a 1hr standard or 1.5hr initial session, a tailored consultation and assessment are followed by the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific acupuncture points to help regulate the nervous system, improve circulation, ease tension and restore balance so the body can heal naturally. Sound Immersion

Sound can be woven into 1-on-1 acupuncture sessions to deepen relaxation and support the therapeutic effects of treatment. Using instruments such as singing bowls, shamanic drum, and chimes during needle retention can help calm the nervous system, settle the mind, and enhance the body’s ability to restore balance. Price is for add-on to standard treatment.

    Bodywork

Bodywork can be integrated into the acupuncture session. It helps to make the body more receptive to the therapeutic benefits of the treatment. Massage had a broad range of benefits, not limited to improved circulation and better mental-emotional wellbeing. Lonne's style is rooted in Chinese Remedial Massage (Tuina) as well as in shiatsu and relaxation massage. Price is additional to standard acupuncture price. Booking via link. Group Sessions

The facilitation of healing is even more powerful in a group setting. Connection is an important non-negotiable for health. We connect to the depths of ourselves, and from there with each other and the rest of the world. Sessions may combine yoga, acupuncture, and sound immersion. Acknowledgment of Country

Flow to Grow respectfully acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which it practices in Kallista, Victoria. It honours their enduring connection to land, waters, sky and community, and recognises that sovereignty was never ceded. Flow to Grow pays its deepest respects to Elders past and present, and extends that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, acknowledging the profound cultural, spiritual and healing wisdom that has been held on this land for tens of thousands of years.
